M Systems International, Inc.

When our company was looking to implement a business continuity and disaster recovery plan we were able to discover the services of M Systems International. Our needs were for someone who had experience with IBM hardware, AIX operating system and Informix database.

They were able to help us obtain two identically configured machines and to set them up so one would function as the primary and the other as a secondary; with each being located at two different physical locations.  The Informix part is replicated from the primary to the secondary in real time.

They developed a plan and documents and procedures to promote the secondary to primary if necessary. The documents and procedures also cover how to do a full restore should such an event be necessary.

They have also been able provide monitoring of both the system and database. M Systems International has also been utilized to create or modify Informix applications as well as provide significant benefit in creating and establishing certain applications to run automatically on a set schedule.

We are most satisfied with their expertise and the results they provided.
