M Systems Successfully Completes Microsoft SQL Server/ASP.NET Application Upgrades |

M Systems announced that it successfully completed multiple application and infrastructure upgrades for its long-time client Siemens.
These Microsoft technology based applications help Siemens in their assembly and quality control of electrical components. The applications are browser based and are used by Siemens engineering and manufacturing professionals located in multiple sites in USA and Mexico.
The migration, testing, and cutover were all done utilizing M Systems' methodologies involving step by step procedures and rigorous testing.
As a result, the production cutover was done with minimal downtime over a weekend and without any glitches in the applications.
The technologies in the new environment include Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2005, and ASP.NET.
